Terms & Conditions for Imagine That – Indoor Play Village 

​

·       Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you arrive during a play session, you will have the option to play for the remaining duration or attend the next play session offered. If the play session is full, you will be asked to play during our next available play session. (IMAGINE THAT strongly encourages you to book your session online before entering in the case it is full or if there is a field trip in progress.)

·       No shoes are allowed in the play area. Please plan accordingly and make sure to bring grippy socks for your playtime. (Grippy socks are available for purchase.)

·       Adults must wear socks. (grippy or non-grippy)

·       Please remain home if you show signs of illness.

·       Parents and guardians are responsible for children and must always remain on site.

·       Please keep track of your belongings. IMAGINE THAT is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

·       No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. We have a designated area for food and drinks. 

·       Please watch your head when entering any of the play structures.

·       Children should not climb up onto any IMAGINE THAT’S features including walls and furniture.

·       Children must be respectful of all guests, toys, and property. 

·       No bullying or aggressive behavior will be tolerated. 

·       IMAGINE THAT reserves the right to ask anyone not adhering to the above rules to vacate the premises.

Party Payment Policies & Conditions

 

·       We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit at the time of booking. The second 50% will be due upon arrival for your reservation. Email us at info@imaginethatmoco.com for more information.

·       Because booking online reserves your party and keeps others from booking that time slot, we do not allow cancellations.

·       Guests are allowed to set up their reserved party room 30 minutes prior to their party starting. *The play area will not open until the start of the party.

·       All parties must end based on the originally scheduled time slot, and cannot be extended for late arrivals or late setups.

·       Food is permitted ONLY inside the party room and we only allow cold foods, pizza, cakes, and snacks. No exceptions.

·       Each guest child (0-10 years) is entitled to bring one parent along for free, additional guest entry (11 years and older) is permitted for an extra fee of $5.00 per extra guest. The birthday child can bring both parents!
