Walk-ins are welcome; however, we strongly encourage you to book online or call ahead, as spots are limited and some sessions may be unavailable due to private events.

We take a 30-minute break between play sessions to clean, refresh, and keep the magic mess-free!

Our space is designed for children 4 mos – 10 y/o.

Punch Tracking:

No need to keep up with your punches — we track all punch card visits for you.
Multiple punches may be used during a single visit if needed.

Who can I use my punch card on?
It is up to you who you choose to use your punch card on, unless otherwise noted.

Reserved Sessions

To reserve a play session using your punch card, please choose “I Have a Punch Card” at checkout.
Unattended reserved play sessions are not permitted, as this prevents other families from enjoying playtime.
If you are unable to attend a reserved booking, please notify Imagine That in advance so we can open the spot for another family.
If notice is not provided, the punch card will be validated for that session.

Punch card policies are subject to change as we continue to determine the best fit for our families.

Cancellation Policy

Because booking online reserves a limited spot, we don’t allow cancellations for any reason.
