We are open for playtime Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, and 3pm-5pm. We recommend you reserve your play pass directly on our website before arriving so that we guarantee your session. Play Pass is $15 for 2-hour access and any children between 4mos to 10 years of age require a ticket to enter our facility. Only 1 adult per child is permitted in the facility for free, the second guest (11+) will be charged an entry fee of $5.
In the event that we sell out or a time slot is unavailable, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. We highly recommend booking play sessions online.
You will be asked to sign a waiver digitally for all children, regardless of participating in play, birthday, or any other activity. No exceptions. You can sign our waiver ahead of your arrival to save time during check-in when booking through our website.

Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own food and drink with you. However, we ask that you please eat your snack in our designated eating area. No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
Yes, we have self-serve coffee machines with the purchase of a K-Cup
We limit our occupancy below what we’re required to ensure a great customer experience. Every person in attendance goes towards that occupancy. We keep the price as low as possible. :)
Our staff resets/cleans up throughout sessions and in between sessions. Along with working with a professional cleaning company, we also use child friendly, highly effective disinfectants that kills 99.9% of germs.
Because booking online reserves a limited spot, we don’t allow cancellations for any reason. Please contact us and we will work with you to apply it to a different date.
Imagine That is geared for children up to 10 years of age. 11 years of age and older will pay additional adult pricing of $5.
Parents and/or caregivers are fully responsible for the care and safety of their child(ren). Parents/caregivers must be present at all times and may not leave the facility at any time. All participants must also sign a waiver acknowledging such.
At this time, we offer a punch card, good for 10 visits.
Our space is designed for kids between 0 and 10 years old.
Yes! Imagine That! is designed to improve early childhood development and learning through play. Kids can learn, socialize, and develop essential life skills through the multiple life-like scenarios that we have created in our space.
You can keep your stroller and belongings in our lounge area. Strollers are not permitted in our play area.
No, we do not have a nurse or first responders on site as team members. Parents are required to be present at all times with their kids who enter Imagine That.
For playtime and most events we do not require children to be potty-trained, but children must ALWAYS be accompanied by their parent/guardian to prevent accidents.
