Because booking online reserves a limited spot of play sessions, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us at info@imaginethatmoco.com and we will work with you to apply your booking to a different date.

Because booking online reserves a limited spot, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us at info@imaginethatmoco.com with any questions.

Birthday Parties:

We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit at the time of booking. The second 50% will be due upon arrival for your reservation. Email us at info@imaginethatmoco.com for more information.

Because booking online reserves your party and keeps others from booking that time slot, we do not allow cancellations.
