Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you arrive during a play session, you will have the option to play for the remaining duration or attend the next play session offered. If the play session is full, you will be asked to play during our next available play session. (IMAGINE THAT strongly encourages you to book your session online before entering in the case it is full or if there is a field trip in progress.)

No shoes are allowed in the play area. Please plan accordingly and make sure to bring grippy socks for your playtime. (Grippy socks are available for purchase.)

Adults must wear socks. (grippy or non-grippy)

Please remain home if you show signs of illness.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children and must always remain on site.

Please keep track of your belongings. IMAGINE THAT is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. We have a designated area for food and drinks.

Please watch your head when entering any of the play structures.

Children should not climb up onto any IMAGINE THAT’S features including walls and furniture.

Children must be respectful of all guests, toys, and property.

No bullying or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.

IMAGINE THAT reserves the right to ask anyone not adhering to the above rules to vacate the premises.

We’re a local family of five--two parents, three lively kids, and a playful dog—who dreamed of creating a space where imagination runs wild and community feels like home. As parents, we know how special it is to find places where your children can play freely, safely, and creatively. That’s why we built this little village—not just for our kids, but for yours too.
This isn’t just a play space; it’s a heart project. We wanted a place where families could laugh, connect, and make memories together. A place that sparks pretend play, encourages friendship, and reminds us all of the magic found in simple moments. Whether you’re stopping by for a visit or joining the fun regularly, we’re so glad you’re here—and part of our village.

At Imagine That, we’re creating more than just a play space—we’re building a vibrant, joy-filled destination where childhood thrives. Located in the heart of Madison, GA, our colorful indoor playground is designed to spark creativity, support development, and transport little ones into a world of endless possibilities. Every visit is a new adventure—full of fun, learning, and the magic of being a kid.
We are open for playtime Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, and 3pm-5pm. We recommend you reserve your play pass directly on our website before arriving so that we guarantee your session. Play Pass is $15 for 2-hour access and any children between 0 to 10 years of age require a ticket to enter our facility. Only 1 adult per child is permitted in the facility for free, the second guest (11+) will be charged an entry fee of $5.
In the event that we sell out or a time slot is unavailable, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. We highly recommend booking play sessions online.
You will be asked to sign a waiver digitally for all children, regardless of participating in play, birthday, or any other activity. No exceptions. You can sign our waiver ahead of your arrival to save time during check-in when booking through our website.
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own food and drink with you. However, we ask that you please eat your snack in our designated eating area. No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
Yes, we have self-serve coffee machines with the purchase of a K-Cup
We limit our occupancy below what we’re required to ensure a great customer experience. Every person in attendance goes towards that occupancy. We keep the price as low as possible. :)
Our staff resets/cleans up throughout sessions and in between sessions. Along with working with a professional cleaning company, we also use child friendly, highly effective disinfectants that kills 99.9% of germs.
Because booking online reserves a limited spot, we don’t allow cancellations for any reason. Please contact us and we will work with you to apply it to a different date.
Imagine That is geared for children up to 10 years of age. 11 years of age and older will pay additional adult pricing of $5.
Parents and/or caregivers are fully responsible for the care and safety of their child(ren). Parents/caregivers must be present at all times and may not leave the facility at any time. All participants must also sign a waiver acknowledging such.
At this time, we offer a punch card, good for 10 visits.
Our space is designed for kids between 0 and 10 years old.
Yes! Imagine That! is designed to improve early childhood development and learning through play. Kids can learn, socialize, and develop essential life skills through the multiple life-like scenarios that we have created in our space.
You can keep your stroller and belongings in our lounge area. Strollers are not permitted in our play area or our Birthday Party Rooms.
No, we do not have a nurse or first responders on site as team members. Parents are required to be present at all times with their kids who enter Imagine That!.
For playtime and birthday events we do not require children to be potty-trained but children must ALWAYS be accompanied by their parent/guardian to prevent accidents.
