We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit at the time of booking. The second 50% will be due upon arrival for your reservation. Email us at info@imaginethatmoco.com for more information.

Because booking online reserves your party and keeps others from booking that time slot, we do not allow cancellations.

Guests are allowed to set up their reserved party room 30 minutes prior to their party starting. *The play area will not open until the start of the party.

All parties must end based on the originally scheduled time slot, and cannot be extended for late arrivals or late setups.

Food is permitted ONLY inside the party room and we only allow cold foods, pizza, cakes, and snacks. No exceptions.

Each guest child (0-10 years) is entitled to bring one parent along for free, additional guest entry (11 years and older) is permitted for an extra fee of $5.00 per extra guest. The birthday child can bring both parents!
Yes. This is our "Imagine That Bash" package. The public will be allowed to book the same play session as your party if we are within our holding capacity. You will however have a private party room.

No, as we do not have a space for pinatas to be hit.
No, we don’t allow decorations to be taped to the walls. You may decorate the tables and arches or choose to add on a theme we offer.
All parties are two hours long. To begin your party you will have access to the play area and you will end in the party room. There will be no re-entry to the play area after your visit to the party room.
You can arrive 30 minutes prior to set up the party room. The rest of the space, including the village, will not be available until your booked time slot.
One party includes 10 children and the other includes 15 children. Each additional child (0-10 years) is $15.
No unreserved parties or other celebrations are allowed in our facility including cake, candles, cupcakes, gifts, balloons, or goody bags. All parties must be celebrated in a reserved party room.
